Sanskrit Shloka

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥

Hindi Meaning: तुम्हारा अधिकार केवल कर्म करने में है, उसके फल में कभी नहीं। इसलिए कर्मफल को अपना हेतु मत बनाओ और अकर्मण्यता में भी आसक्त मत हो।

English Meaning: You have the right to perform your duty, but not to control the fruits of action. Do not act only for reward, and do not become attached to inaction.

Aaj Ki Shiksha: Apna karm imaandari se karo; parinaam ki chinta ko apne mann par bojh mat banne do.

This verse teaches steady action. When we focus on honest effort, the mind becomes lighter and work becomes clearer. Results matter, but anxiety over results should not become stronger than the duty itself.
